It doesnt stop until you hit back. Once you hit back it takes care of it. (dont know how else to elaborate, would be glad to answer any questions via email) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.right-click by the help menu 2.choose customize 3.once the customization menu opens hit done 4. You should see the problem now Actual Results: The favicon starts moving and makes the browser unfocused and hard to read. Expected Results: not move at all... it shouldnt have upsetted the browser like that I've installed this on two different computers, same problem.
