254621 - Error message when starting Firefox

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040707 Firefox/0.8 StumbleUpon/1.908
Build Identifier: Firefox  9.3

When opening Firefox, I receive the following error message:
1nsCString@UAE@xz could not be located inthe dynamic link library zpcom.dll

When I click on the OK in the error box, Firefox proceeds to open.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  I reproduce the step by clicking on the Firefox icon to open Firefox.

Actual Results:  
I receive the error message stated above.

Expected Results:  
I expected Firefox to open without an error message.

I am using the default theme, Spoofstick, Norton AntiVirus and Firewall, Pest
Control and I have added Roboform.  This error message occurred before
installing Roboform and after installing it.
