The print preview looks fine, and reports 1/1 pages (for example). In reality
about 20-30 pages may be printed because every image (and all other elements on
the webpage) are printed on their own sheet.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure your printer tray is full
2. Visit http://www.mcmaster.com/
3. Print
4. If you are still not convinced follow a few links on the site and repeat.
Same result.

Actual Results:  
Many pages were printed.

Expected Results:  
One printed page.

Pop up dialogs appear for each item being printed and allow you to cancel if you
can click them quick enough, usually cancelling results in the print preview
still being shown while not in print preview mode any more (while in standard
browsing mode) any attempt to navigate at this point causes an unhandled error.

Also forgot... IE has no problems printing from this site.

Don't think so. In bug 178554 there is one page printed when two are expected.
Here we have many pages printed when only one is expected.

Confirming bug, 2004-08-05-10 trunk Linux (printing to PS file gives 20 pages,
most which are empty)
