When a new release comes out, the feedback for previous releases point to it, even though it is "new"
Each individual entry could tell you what version it was written about, like Bug 248077 Comment #8. Would that work for you?
Well, at the top it says "MiniT (drag+indicator) 0.2" so it makes sense for the comments to pertain to that version. Assume there are 20 releases of MiniT. You would have to scroll through 19 sets of comments for older versions. We could even put a link on http://update.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=176&vid=335&category=Tabbed%20Browsing&page=releases so that people can read comments about a specific release. Unless we come up with a plan for aging off old comments (or hiding them), things can get very cluttered.

Comments pertain to the extension or theme itself.. Minor versions don't really matter. Since most of the feature set and people's comments are about the item itself. It'd be beneficial for somebody to see what version it was written about. Bug 247144 includes improvements to help out with the comment listings. :-)
