Details

Recipe:

1) Start Mozilla.
2) Maximize the window. After this you can't resize the window from the sides or
corners because it takes up the whole screen.
3) Close Mozilla.
4) Restart Mozilla.
5) Notice that the new window is now approximately as big as it was before (3),
but it is not maximized in the sense of the word described in (2). The icon in
the top right corner to the left of the "x" close symbol also reflects this
fact.

It would be nice if Mozilla remembered that it was maximized before the close.
This is a DUP of bug 20847, "Windows need to persist maximized state and not
use (x,y,width, height) when maximized", ASSIGNED, M15. Details in bug 17982.
