File New window shows home page, should show same page as previous window:
*   Helps users who open new window to look at other parts of the same site.
*   It's easy enough to get the home page via ALT-Home.
*   IE users expect same page to show in newly-opened window.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to any web page.
2.  Left click "File" and "New" in the menu.
3.

Actual Results:  
New window shoed page sets as "home" in preferences.

Expected Results:  
Shown the page from whihc the new window was requested.
