254701 - Streamline filter creation for mailing lists

Description

[bart decrem, not checking bugmail]

It'd be great if highlighting a message from a mailing list and then selecting
Message>Create Filter From Message would automatically set the filter to "To or
CC contains [name of mailing list]".

Right now it prepopulates with "From contains [sender]"

how about putting the create filter command in the context menu (right-click).

There is a workaround, though this should only be temporary before the full
potentials of mailing lists are implemented.

1. Create a New Adress Book containing all members of the mailing list you want
to filter on by selcting all members from the list and dragging them while copy
mode is on (Windows: Hold [Ctrl])
2. Create new filter with Rule: Sender is in Adress book [Mailing list]

This should be implemented instead as "is in Mailing List/ Address Book".

Bad Idea.  "Sender" does not define what list it is from, or even if it is a list.  Some of my friends are members of many mail lists that I am on too.  So when "Paul" sends e-mail to me or one of the lists, it will always go into the same place.
