Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040803

Enhancement request:
Add a "Open in new Tab" to the right-click menu of Folders in the Personal
Toolbar. The function would be to open all bookmarks under that folder in tabs
of the current window (adding tabs, not replacing current ones).
Individual bookmarks in the Personal Toolbar have this functionality now.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Similar functionality
1.Create a personal toolbar
2.add a folder to it
3.add bookmarks under that folder
4.right click the folder (on the personal-toolbar) and select "open in new window"
5. in the new window, select/highlight all the bookmarks
6. right click on the selection, and click "open in new tab"

Actual Results:
no option

Expected Results:
all bookmarks are opened in new tabs of the current browser window.

Firefox 0.9.3 has this functionality
