I don't use a website as a homepage because, in a day, I launch Firefox many times for different purposes and I don't want to be taken to page I don't want to see. I think a cool thing would be to include a special homepage, with the FF logo and other things, just as the mail preview panel of Thunderbird when it is first launched. There could be a new button in the options to pick this page, just like 'Use blank page'. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
This should be moved to Marketing: General.

Isn't this bug already resolved with the Google/Firefox start page? Blake, are you reading bugmail?

Interesting idea. We're now reviewing the Start Page use cases and options as we head toward Firefox 2. Any follow on actions will be opened in separate bugs. Thanks.
