254883 - Upgrade from 0.9.2 to 0.9.3 destroys bookmarks (windows 98)

These bookmarks were originally imported from MSIE.  Some extras have been
added, now they're all gone since installing 0.9.3.

Not sure how to re-import from the non-broken IE ones.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Upgrade from 0.9.2 to 0.9.3

Bookmarks are gone

Bookmarks shouldn't be gone

The same thing happened to my bookmarks when I upgraded from .0 to 1.0.....all
my book marks were deleted and now still get deleted at random....all at once
