254902 - need better user feedback on first launch

First startup of Firefox 0.9 was very slow with no load feedback. I
think it may have stalled. (I started a new copy before the first one
had launched, then later got two windows.)

For some apparent reason (I suspect programs like beclean, Crapcleaner, mru
blaster, easycleaner, clean cache, cleanspace 8, dustbuster xp might be the
cause of this problem) the launch won't execute from the start and exe file. 
Default profile appears to be corrupt.  By doing a new profile, the launch will
start, but a new problem appears (technically speaking, not because of creating
a new file) launches, but is slow to launch, unlike mozilla.

Our first launch times have dramatically improved since Firefox 0.9. Without a clear definition of the problem, this bug is unlikely to get fixed. Please file a new bug or reopen this if there is still a particular problem that should be addressed.
