When the mouse cursor is over the shockwave advert and the mouse wheel is
rotated, the shockwave advert is able to be scrolled by a small margin.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load URL
2. Position mouse over vertical-aligned shockwave advert
3. Scroll mouse wheel
Actual Results:
The advert is able to be scrolled (a bit) while the rest of the page remains static.
It's as if the shockwave is actually treated like a frame, rather than a fixed
image file.
Expected Results:
The whole page should scroll - not just the advert
