After installing the "MiniT (drag+indicator) 0.2," I noticed that my local firewall was catching packets sent to 200-157-211-230.plugin.com.br. Not sure why, but it could be malicious. I installed the extension in FF 0.9 and didn't see any packets to the host you cite. Then again, I'm on Linux, and I might have installed it incorrectly.
