Still waiting for a couple of tinderboxes to cycle so I can get final numbers.

Pageload regression is around 1.5% on most boxes, up to almost 5% on Beast.
I'll start by backing out the changes related to the orphans cache, have a patch
ready for that.

I wouldn't be surpriced if part of it is simply that GetParent and GetDocument
now are virtual. Though as much as 5% sounds too much for just that.

I backed out the the orphans cache (which was what made GetParent virtual) and
things seem back to normal now. I'll close this and continue the work in bug 27382.
