25514 - startup not completed

On startup I get the Dragon box, and after a few seconds I get a window in the 
upper left of the screen.  Window is compressed to include just a scrunched 
version of the controls.  It is draggable and resizable.  No title, no menu.  
Mozilla is quittable using opt-cmd-esc.

250 MHz Mac PB G3, OS 8.6, mem assigned to Mozilla 20032k

[e-mail]: Which build of Moz are you using? Do you still see this in
more recent builds? I saw this once in a nightly build on Windows but I have not
seen this since...

I noticed this on release 13.  I have also tried two overnight builds of pre-

release 14 and both have also failed to startup earlier in the process.

[e-mail]:  did you have a very old version of Mozilla on that 
machine?  if so, try this:

Mac OS: Open your System Folder's Preferences folder, and delete the "Mozilla 
Registry" file. 

Install into a clean directory, or delete previous builds before installing. 
Installing on top of previous milestone builds or released product builds
may cause problems. Incompatibilities may be introduced from milestone to 
milestone while the software is under development.

This works great with Feb18 build (as it has for many week).  Please get latest 
build at: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/
