Details
I am able to add "Alan Starr" twice with different email addresses. The duplicate checker should prevent that, just like it does email addresses.

So two people can't have the same name in the world? Or say, the same author can't have multiple accounts for different extensions (particularly usable WRT mozdev projects)? --> WONTFIX
