User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040124
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040124

After first launch of mozilla under newly created user account browser window
does not display full menu bar options and spaces instead of some. Menubar now shows

[space] View Go Bookmarks menu options

It does not have File, neither Help menu on display. Clicking on Bookmarks does
dropdown a submenu with links but none of them opens when clicked. Bookmarks ->
Manage Bookmarks never brings up any manager window. This only relates to one
newly created user account. I tried to delete /home/newuser/.mozilla directory
but started again with the same fault. Feels like it recorded some bad values
and sticks to them no matter what's done with .mozilla directory. Other users
have been using mozila for several weeks without this problem. Same thing
happens on both gnome and KDE.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start mozila on newly created user account
2.
3. Observe behaviour as described above.

Expected Results:
Software should display entire menubar and bookmarks must open when clicked.
Also bookmark manager window should appear when clicked on Bookmarks -> Manage
Bookmarks.
