1) Add UI hooks to the advanced preferences panel for setting, changing and using a master password. 2) Set wallet.crypto to true by default. This makes thunderbird use the master password if one has been set to unlock the uses's stored mail serve passwords 3) when viewing saved passwords, don't show the passwords with out asking the user for the master password (if one has been set)
