The text (and link) color for the frame with bug search results in bugzilla
helper is apparently not set because it renders yellow (my browser default) in
contrast to the other text on the page which is black.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
display the page with a defualt web text color different from black

Actual Results:  
all text an page is black except the bug search results

Expected Results:  
all text is the same color
Duping this one as bug 272456 has a better description and is more general.

Indeed, that's still a problem in 3.6.3. The problem is that the page has no CSS:
