there's supposed to be a bar on the upper part of the page from which you choose
several options. it's just missing.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to the url
2.check it out with other browsers to see what it's supposed to be like.
3.

Actual Results:  
no bar

Expected Results:  
bar! :)

problem persisted since mozilla existed I think.

Top bar exists in FF 3 just like in IE7, this bug can be closed.

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009.

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
