255635 - When I try to "Ok" my changes to the Junk Mail controls nothing happens.

Junk Mail Controls allows me to select all the settings that I would like to
have, but when I click on "OK" nothing happens.  Multiple clickings, same
result.  I use this feature at work on a Win 2K Pro box without problem.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Junk Mail Controls window
2. Select your options
3. Press the "Ok" button at the bottom of the window.

Actual Results:  
The button accepts the click (shows indent) but the window remains and the
changes are not made.  When the window is closed and reopened none of the
selections made are there.

Expected Results:  
Accepted the changes and applied them to the Junk Mail Control system.

Possible dupe of bug 192119 or (if you have certain AV software installed) 
bug 213300.
