Details

I start Mozilla build ID# 2000012612 and move mouse cursor over "customize..." to the immediate right of "My panels", click and browser immediately quits responding to the system. Very reproducible - happens every time. PII-450 Windows 98 128M Ram 51% resources free.. Not enough?
