Using today's commercial build on windows(2000012812M14) 1. Install and launch the browser 2. Go to the above link 3. A Form page opens up. 4. Fill in some text in the textfields for prefix, name etc 5. Select menu option Tasks-> My wallet-> Safe Form Fill 6. After the Safe Form Fill dialog opens up, click on OK button to close the dialog window. 7. Observe that the browser window gets minimized and safe form fill dialog closes. Actual Result: The browser window should remain open and not get minimized.
whoops, wrong component
This is working for me with this mornings build. If you are still seeing the problem, then reopen bug report. BTW, the sequence of steps that you took don't make logical sense. If you fill in some fields, you woudn't want to then do a safe or quick form fill. You probably wanted to do a form capture at that point. I realize that this has no bearing on the reported bug but I just wanted to clarify this point in case there was some confusion.
Yes, actually I should have mentioend the whole test case. Please visit the " http://slip/projects/seamonkey/smoketests/tests.html " page and see the 'Autofill' testcase(17) under Browser component. I will check with today's windows build and add my comment.
shrir, i didn't see this occurring with y'day's non-comm bits on winNT . so am gonna verify as wfm...
