The print preview toolbar is show in the main window. Just try to preview a web
that is still loadind. You will be warned about this dificulty, 'advicing' the
user to try after load is complete. But the toolbar is added to the main window.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to a large page. http://www.athens2004.com/en/results/results
2.While loading try to preview the print.
3.You got it!! The print preview toolbar in the main window.

Actual Results:  
You get a toolbar completely useless.

Expected Results:  
No print preview toolbar

When you finally can preview the page, close it. And the toolbar will disapear
as aspected.
