By new dialogs I mean the download manager, bookmarks manager, opening file dialogs, etc. Javascript dialogs are displayed fine. One exception - in a negative way - are the "Opening file" dialogs. They are always prevented from stealing focus, even if I download more files. If I download a file, cancel the dialog and redownload the same file however, the new dialog does receive focus. This made me believe the name of the dialog plays a part in the issue. Reproducible most of the time, though sometimes its behaviour is still a little fuzzy.
