I'm still new to playing with Sunbird, so I may be overlooking something. But
the only way I can find to refresh remote calendars is to right-click in the
list of calendars and select Refresh Remote Calendars. It would be handy if
there were a toolbar button for it, or at least a menu option. (I don't know
where the option would go, though. Maybe in Tools, after Subscribe to Remote
Calendar.)
