system: windows nt 4.0, sp 4, german
installer.exe
(http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/m13/mozilla-win32-installer-M13.exe
) will fail, if there are any same named files existing in TEMP-dir (perhaps
needed to be read only) from a previouse installation (of a perhaps different
software).
Installer should create its own sub-directory in TEMP to avoid name conflicts or
to erase existing files.
adding Samir to the CC: list as a FYI for the mac installer.

I thought we already do this on Win32?
not fully. I only do that for core.ns files. The .xpi files themselves still
get downloaded into the TEMP folder directly. It should be changed to a
subfolder instead (for all of the files).
fixed.
