Nothing happens when they're clicked, but the clicking animation still occurs, potentially giving users the impression that something should be happening. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Click on a greyed out toolbar button. Actual Results: Button "clicks" down as if it's doing something. Expected Results: No action should occur when an inactive button is clicked. This is on the default Winstripe theme.
