 In the Mozilla's composer after selecting the Link tool from the toolbar, the
test get made link not showing the tooltip

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the mozilla1.8a2
2.go to Window->Composer
3.Click on the Link tool from the toolbar.
4.Enter some text in the textbox for'Enetr text to display for link'
5.from the link location choose some location
6.say OK.

Actual Results:  
The text made linked is not showing the any tooltip and not get linked the to
the selected location or file.

Expected Results:  
The text made linked should show the tooltip when the ouse pointer goes to it. 
and shoould get linked the to the selected location or file.

I get the expected results when I hover the mouse over the link in Normal
editing mode and in HTML Tags editing mode.
