Add-bookmark Submenu not present in the Bookmarks menu

Steps to Reproduce:
Select the toplevel 'Bookmarks' menu then select the first menuitem 'Add
       Bookmark'
Actual Results:  
add submenu not found in the bookmarks menu,present in the sidebar


Expected Results:  
add submenu in the bookmarks should be clicked
