I couldn't find any fields for this and I don't think custom1-4 are suitable for
this data.

Is this for a prefixed "Doctor" or the suffixed academic credentials such as Ph.D.  and M.D. Ideally fields will provide for both.

If for a prefix this would also meet the needs of military rank titles.

Ex.: General Mork I. Name M.B.A., M.F.A, Ph.D.

Both, in some countries, some academic titles are written as prefixes, some as suffixes. So this bug should be about both positions - 2 new fields.
