In composer's Spell check " OK" button is also absent in the persoanl Dictionary
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select 'Check Spelling' from the Tools menu item.
2.Click on 'Edit Dictionary' .
3.Add several new words to the dictionary
4.Clicking on OK saves all changes made to the dictionary.
Actual Results:
The "ok"Button is not present in the dialog box.
Expected Results:
The"Ok" button should save all changes made to the dictionary.
The correct URL is
http://www.mozilla.org/quality/browser/front-end/testcases/composer/composer-spellcheck.html
The testcase seems wrong, you have to use the "close" button to exit. The Add
button adds and saves it immediately.

I'd say this bug is about Documentation for QA testers (Mozilla Developers)
regarding updating that 4.5 year old file.

The items Cancel and OK in that file should be updated to reflect how these
buttons and functionalities work.
There is no Cancel button: so the whole item in that documentation file should
be removed.
The whole OK item can also be removed since individual word are added with "Add"
button.
Actual results:
"
verify that Done exits the spellcheck dialog.
(...)
# Cancel
* Select 'Check Spelling' from the Tools menu item.
* Click on 'Edit Dictionary' .
* Add several new words to the dictionary
* Clicking on Cancel with remove any new words that have been added to the
dictionary.
# OK
* Select 'Check Spelling' from the Tools menu item.
* Click on 'Edit Dictionary' .
* Add several new words to the dictionary
* Clicking on OK saves all changes made to the dictionary.
"
Expected results:
Remove these items. Change the "Done" to "Close button" in the file.
There may be other parts of the file which would need updating/clarifications.

I wish I had time to remove the deeply nested lists (4 levels).
