Once I get the Personal Dictionary dialog window (after clicking Edit... button in Check Spelling dialog window), I see no Help button; I only see Add, Replace, Remove and Close buttons. Mozilla 1.8a3 build 2004082308. The file from which the Help button you are referring to is a 4.5 year old file which may need to be updated. The real bug is in that documentation page or in the UI design of the dialog window, not in Composer as far as I'm concerned. This bug should be either about Documentation for testers (Mozilla Developers). -> Product: Documentation -> Component: Mozilla Developer or be made dependent of a bug 129704 regarding redesign of the window interface since the Help button is missing/not implemented. For now, I'll confirm this bug and make it dependent of bug 129704. -> Component: Spell Checking
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW
Component: Editor: Composer → Spelling checker
Depends on: 129704
Ever confirmed: true

Maybe there should be a Help button (UI) bringing up with some documentation in Help/Help Contents/Contents tab. On the other hand, Editing the dictionary seems rather straight forward and intuitive. I'll leave that decision to -> Product: Documentation -> Component: Mozilla Developer
Severity: normal → minor
Component: Spelling checker → Mozilla Developer
Product: Browser → Documentation
Summary: The" Help" dialog box is not present in composer 's spell check → No "Help" button and no help documentation in spell check/Edit (Personal) Dictionary
Version: Trunk → unspecified

"A user wants user help in the application" is *so* not developer documentation.
