When you log in, the window that pops up is not reachable. (i.e. the title bar cannot be reached)
Confirmed with 2000-01-28-12-M14 nightly binary on Windows NT 4.0sp3. The new window lauched on login is partially off the screen to the top and left; it does not have a title bar - this can be confirmed by typing ALT+space, then selecing "Move", and repositioning the window where it can all be seen. The same window does have a title bar viewed with NN 4.7. Since OpenDesk has a current public beta, I set up an account for testing: Username: MozillaTest Password: testing25628 bugs@opendesk.com, if this account is too much of a potential security breach, go ahead and remove it, otherwise... Steps to Reproduce: 1. View http://www.opendesk.com in Mozilla. 2. Login by using the username and password given above. 3. Observe the new window that will appear. bugs@opendesk.com, it would be helpful if you could point to the code (provide a URL) that launches the window seen after logging in. Note that Mozilla only supports standards-compliant javascript and DOM manipulation: see http://sites.netscape.net/ekrock/answers.html#DOM for details. Of course, if javascript isn't being used, you will have to say what is being sent to Mozilla to create the new window before this bug can be assigned or addressed. Thanks!

Setting QA contact. There are really two problems here: the missing menus, and the incorrect positioning of the new window. E-mail was sent to bugs@opendesk.com.

Updating eng. It should not be leger:-)

this looks like an window.open bug, not a menu bug. pushing to danm.

So this complicated bug report boils down to this: this JS window.open("<some url>", "_blank", "status, scrollbars, resizable=no,directories=no,toolbar=no,"+ "titlebar=no,location=no,screenX=-80,screenY=-10,top=-10,left=-80"); will open a window without a titlebar, and at the requested coordinates. Navigator, on the other hand, will force the entire window onscreen and will ignore the "titlebar=no" request if the JS wasn't signed. So this is two bug reports. I'm tired and cranky or I'd go track down whether we already have one about the signed JS issue. As it is, I'm going to concentrate on the part where windows actually open at the requested coordinates even if they're partially offscreen, and call this a duplicate of 26834. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 26834 ***
