Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open menu => Edit => Preferences => Privacy => Cookies 2. 3. Actual Results: Missing checkbox "ask before acceptig". Expected Results: There should be a checkbox "ask before acceptig". (As was in earlier builds)

> The drop-down Keep Cookies for has the option to be asked every time. Yes, I found it. But having an option for setting cookies under "Keep Cookies" is strongly misleading. Furthermore there is no chance of having "ask me every time" for setting cookies in combination with "Keep Cookies until I close Firefox".
