Cookies preferences checkbox "ask before accepting" is missing.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open menu => Edit => Preferences => Privacy => Cookies
2.

Actual Results:  
Missing checkbox "ask before acceptig".

Expected Results:  
There should be a checkbox "ask before acceptig". (As was in earlier builds)

Yes, I found it. But having an option for setting cookies under "Keep Cookies"
is strongly misleading. Furthermore there is no chance of having 
"ask me every time" for setting cookies in combination with 
"Keep Cookies until I close Firefox".
sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs,
filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
