Initiating a download with more than 20 or so prior downloads already listed
takes many minutes to launch. In the meantime, no FF sessions will respond to
user input.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Just keep downloading.

I build a testcase with 20 small downloads and could not notice any slowdown at all.
