User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040803 Firefox/0.9.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040803 Firefox/0.9.3 While using the webmail software Squirrelmail, I noticed that images would no longer show inline when Firefox is used. Under Mozilla and IE they do. I checked the HTTP_ACCEPT (this is the variable squirrelmail uses to determine what types may be inlined on a browser) via a simple cgi shell script and it did not include the jpeg and gif mime types. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
JPEG and GIF were removed deliberately in bug 231357. Even Mozilla doesn't have them anymore, so if they are in your Mozilla HTTP_ACCEPT, it's just a leftover from when it used to be included. I think this bug should be some sort of wontfix/invalid.
