256392 - manage subscriptions entry should stand in account overview

When you right click on the RSS account you will find a "manage subscription"
entry. But on the right side you will find "read messages". This entry should be
replaced by "RSS" "manage rss subscription" similar to the newsgroup entry
"newsgroup" "manage newsgroup subscription".

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on RSS account
2. View the right side
3.

Actual Results:  
See an "Email" entry with "read messages"

Expected Results:  
Find a "RSS" entry with "manage subscription"
