In the Preferences dialog, it is possible to "Select the buttons you want to see
in the toolbar". Removing the checkmark next to one, some, or all of them and
clicking on OK has no effect. The buttons are still displayed and the checkmarks
are still present when returning to the Preferences dialog.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click Edit then Preferences.
2. Under "Select the buttons you want to see in the toolbars", remove one, some,
or all the checkmarks.
3. Click OK.
4. The buttons which had their checkmark removed are still present.
5. Click on Edit and return to Preferences.
6. The checkmarks are still there.

Actual Results:  
The toolbar buttons which had their checkmark removed in the Preferences dialog
are still present and the settings are not saved, since the checkmarks are still
present when returning to the Preferences dialog.

Expected Results:  
After having removed a checkmark and clicking on OK, the button which had its
checkmark removed should be hidden. When returning to the Preferences dialog,
the checkmark removed before should still be gone, instead of being there again.
