User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040803
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040803

this was a particularly frustrating instance - which is why i am bothering to
submit a bug report. when the Spell checker window tried to open, it was gray
with no content, so i closed it, but then that respective email composer window
locked up. all my composition content was lost - cut and paste would not work.
that window did not respond to mouse clicks nor tabbing (no menu selection would
respond). the window locked up. only Mozilla was running.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. compose a letter with about a page of text
2. spell check the letter
3. try to close locked-up window

Actual Results:
i had to use Windows task manaager to kill the un-responding application.

Expected Results:
i just tried it with a few lines of text in a letter and it worked fine, so the
bug is intermittent.

no crash report - window locked up. no other applications running. i have had
one similar lock-up when i tried to copy-paste some text from WordPerfect to
Mozilla email composer, but this instance is totally unrelated and happened
after a fresh system startup. i cannot explain this intermittent bug.
