When I scroll down, everything is great. When I scroll up, every web page scrambles in the space from
the scroll bar up if you were to draw a horizontle line across the page. Then, all buttons on the page
no longer work, so a page re-load is required to fix the problem and move my view back to the top of
the page.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Scroll down any given page
2.Scroll up while holding the curser on the scroll bar or by clicking above the bar.
3.
Actual Results:
The upper half of the screen (from the scroll bar up) scrambles

Expected Results:
allowed me to scroll up smoothly

I have found this bug using every theme I have sampled. I am running 10.3.5 now, but it started from
the first time I installed. I have upgraded with every firfox upgrade over the past two months, and have
cleaned all traces of firefox from my computer between installs the past few installs.
I get the same problem, but only when the toolbar is hidden using the oval
button to hide the bar
dup or depend bug 236417 ?
I have been using Firefox since it came out and it just started doing the same thing to me. I am on a
Mac G4 with OS X 10.3.7. I will have to switch back to Safari because Firefox makes the pages
unreadable.
