The "favicon" for local files now use the operating system's icon for that file
when shown in the bookmarks, but in the address bar the plain "page" icon is shown.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. View a local file in your browser (so it starts with file://)
2. Bookmark that address.

Actual Results:  
"favicon" in address bar doesn't match icon in bookmarks

Expected Results:  
New icons into address bar too.

Using Aviary 20040823 WinXP.
