It would be better to sent an alert to the reporter if bug is not fixed after 
whine days specified is over or there should be a provision wherein after 
(say) 2 days of when the whinemail is sent and still the bug is not fixed, an 
alert should be sent to the reporter that the bug is still pending

Reassigning bugs that I'm not actively working on to the default component owner
in order to try to make some sanity out of my personal buglist.  This doesn't
mean the bug isn't being dealt with, just that I'm not the one doing it.  If you
