Highlighting the URL in the location bar or a URL on a page and dragging the
highlighted text to the bookmarks (menu or toolbar) no longer creates a new
bookmark.

This seems to be similar to bug #256072

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Highlight a URL in the location bar or on a page.
2. Drag the highlighted text to your bookmarks toolbar or bookmarks menu.
3. Let go of the mouse.

Actual Results:  
Drag and drop icon appears, but on releasing the mouse nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
Add new bookmark.
This bug (or at least part of it) is a dup of bug 256089.
