I have a bad feeling this is a symptom of a problem recorded somewhere else, but
I couldn't find a similar type bug. It will only take a minute to confirm the bug.

This is a white pages search tool. The background graphics are not sized
properly on the default screen. After doing a search the images are not properly
sized / drawn to match the text, and in fact the layering is wrong (images on
top of text). 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the main white pages search (should be the URL above).
2.Enter the last name "Jones."
3.Click the Search button
4.The results are returned but the background images make it difficult or
impossible to read the results.

Actual Results:  
See step 4.

Expected Results:  
Background should fit to surround text. Mozilla 1.7.2 shows the results correctly.

Likely an evangelism issue, but reopen if you still have problems with a recent
build.
