I also:

-slightly changed the wording to make it more understandable
-removed the references to restoring text size in old menu items
  -(because there's an adjacent menu item in plain sight to do same)
-linked the Mouse Shortcuts doc for changing size via mouse
-added an entry to the index for "Text Size, Changing"
