1.focus on sidebar 2.use keyboard only to navigate in sidebar expected result: all tab panel(search/bookmark/history) should have a way to be reached actural result: only current tab panel can be reached

Whoops, that last comment was specific to the Help sidebar.

Kyle's way is OK. However, is it possible to use arrow key(up/down) to move among the side bar items?

If you want to use a different key than those provided, you can define it via the keyconfig extension. Otherwise, Alt+PgUp and Alt+PgDn (among others, see comments above) flip up or down through sidebar tabs, opening the sidebar as a side-effect if necessary. => INVALID.
