There currently is no keybinding for the rewrap functionality. It would be
extremely nice if there was one.

Does this need sr as well, or can it be checked into the trunk as is?  Would love to see it in 1.5 as well, but I realize it's late in the cycle for that.

Altho I'm seeing "Ctrl+R" displayed in the menu, when I actually type Ctrl-R, nothing happens.  Plain-text or HTML, text selected or not.
