Reproduced on 2000012708 build on NT4 SP5. I'm going to guess that beppe knows what bug that this is probably a duplicate of. beppe? thanks!

did a search on bugs with the word transparent -- this bug is a dup of 24425 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 24425 ***
