257020 - {inc} auto-position is incorrect on initial reflow when CB is a table

i am using position:absolute so that i can hide nested tables and
elements to be revealed on mouseovers... 
nested construct that works well in opera and msie
misplaces the pullout box (2 levels down) in mozilla/firebird
netscape 7 was really busted but one shouldnt speak ill of the dead...

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. run the above url
2. hover to drop the menu
3. hover update...  to view the pullout

Actual Results:  
misplaced pullout

Expected Results:  
pullout should be to right of hovered item

This is likely related to bug 63895 as it only occurs for TABLE but not DIV.
The reason I'm not duping is that this bug only occurs on initial reflow -
resize the window and the block is displayed in the correct position.

Testcase layout looks the same between:
- Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/2006120606 Minefield/3.0a (pre-reflow branch)
